Khaled Atifah from as-Salamiyah in Hama province, married to Lojain with twin daughters Leen and Laila. All were kidnapped near Qadmous in Tartous province on 2 Oct 2012 and killed by shabiha. His body was eventually found on 12 Oct 2013.
