Summary (27/10/2012)

At least 65 martyrs fell on the second day of Ed, mostly in Damascus and it’s suburbs and Daraa. Airstrikes and heavy shelling continue to target the Eastern suburbs of the capital and Douma where 25 martyrs at least have been killed. There were also airstrikes in Deir Ezzor, where a car bomb exploded. Many other places have been under shelling – see the map for more info – while the FSA says it is in control of the city of Harem in Idlib province. Meanwhile, Lebanese journalist Fidaa Itani, who works for LBC, has been detained by rebels in the Northern town of Azaz.
