Summary (25/10/2012)

At least 80 martyrs today, mostly in Damascus and it’s suburbs where Assad’s forces pounded Harasta and Douma. The FSA made some significant advances in NW neighbourhoods of Aleppo city. The body of Fadi Haddad, a priest from Qatana near Damascus was found dumped today. State media blames “terrorists” while SNC spokesman George Sabra, who is also a Christian from Qatana, accused Assad’s thugs. Meanwhile the regime has agreed to the 4-day ceasefire brokered by Brahimi which is due to start Friday morning and the FSA said they would reciprocate. However, expectations are low.
