Summary (21/05/2012)

At least 32 martyrs have fallen today – mostly in Hama, Homs and Idlib and including 14 soldiers executed in Suran and Duma. Bodies were found dumped in al-Qusayr, Deir Ezzor and Idlib province. Reinforcements have arrived to continue the attacks close to the Syrian-Turkish border in Aleppo and Idlib province. Sadly the kalashnikovs of the FSA cannot do much against the regime’s continuing shelling of communities across Syria, from Aleppo province to Damascus suburbs and Daraa. Meanwhile the Turks claim they have thwarted a plot to kidnap a senior figure in the FSA. Finally, the regime warned Syrians to leave Lebanon because of the “instability” there, and of course they are the ones who know ALL about it. When Assad threatened to set the whole region on fire for once he wasn’t lying. See the map for more.

We are a group of Syrians who are not members of any political group. We are not part of the Syrian Opposition. We love our country and believe in a Syria with freedom, democracy and human rights. We want to see a Syria where all Syrians are equal regardless of race, religion or gender.
